Our approach
SPEKTRUM LAB is not a product, it is a place to think. We develop AI prototypes at the intersection of spatial planning, public administration and new technologies. Not everything will work. Some of it surprises us, too.
What emerges here is born directly from practice and teaching: from municipalities that have to calculate their building zones, from planning firms that document the weighing of interests, from authorities that compute value capture levies. Real problems, real experiments. We discuss our ideas with associations, professors and the relevant actors in each field.
