MCP server

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI assistants call external tools and data. The SPEKTRUM tools are available as MCP servers: connect the server to your assistant once, and it can then identify parcels, fetch PLR cadastre extracts, calculate building zone capacities or start a weighing of interests on its own.

Important: the addresses below are not websites but connection points for your AI assistant. They are copied and entered in the assistant as a connector, not opened in the browser. All services run at mcp.spekt.ch in Switzerland. The «SPEKT-AI» service can be used without an account. All other services are included in the full subscription; sign-in is via OAuth when connecting for the first time.

How to get access

Subscribe

Order the full subscription via the «Request access» button. You receive the e-mail address and password for your firm’s account by e-mail, usually within one working day. This step is not needed for SPEKT-AI.

Copy the address

Copy the address of the desired service with the «Copy address» button, e.g. https://mcp.spekt.ch/spekt-ai/mcp.

Connect

In Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app) go to Settings → Connectors → «Add custom connector» and paste the address. Other MCP-capable clients (ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code) work the same way.

Sign in

When connecting for the first time, the mcp.spekt.ch sign-in page opens: enter e-mail and password, click «Grant access». The tools are then available in the chat without signing in again.
